🤍       Permanent Design - These are NOT vinyl stickers.

🤍       Measures: 9” L x 8.25” W

🤍       Each sign is hand painted when order is placed, is air dried for 24 hours, then set            with a glaze.

🤍       Because each name plaque is individually hand painted and made to order, no  

            two will be exactly alike. While they won't be identical, they will be as close as

             possible to the pictured glassware.

            PACKAGE IS RETURNED - there will be a charge to re-ship.

RETURNS:

🤍       We do not accept returns on personalized items unless they have been damaged

            during shipping.

🤍       Please contact us within 48 hours for all damaged items.

🤍       We accept cancellations within 12 hours.

🤍       We do not accept exchanges.

LOST PACKAGES

🤍       If tracking is marked delivered by USPS / UPS but you can’t locate it - ask neighbors if it was delivered to them in error and ask family members if they might have removed from delivery area. If not, contact your local post office / UPS office for GPS location of delivery, then if needed, file a lost mail report. Mail theft is a serious crime and Porch Pirates are everywhere. PLEASE have a safe and secure area for deliveries. We are not responsible for items marked delivered by USPS / UPS.
